1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers, whether services are rendered in-store, online, or via mobile service.
2. Repair Services
We offer diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for mobile phones, computers, tablets, and other electronics.
All repair services include a diagnostic to determine the issue and estimate cost.
No repair will be performed without customer consent.
Repair times are estimates and may vary based on part availability or severity of damage.
3. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of repair.
We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, etc.].
A deposit may be required for certain services or special-order parts.
4. Warranty
All repairs come with a [30–90 day] limited warranty (depending on the service).
Warranty covers parts and labor for the same issue only.
Physical damage, liquid damage, or third-party tampering voids warranty.
5. No Fix, No Fee Policy
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for labor.
(Note: This does not apply to water damage repairs, data recovery attempts, or diagnostic fees where disclosed.)
6. Parts & Turnaround Time
We use high-quality replacement parts (OEM or premium aftermarket unless specified).
Repair timeframes are estimated and may be delayed due to part orders or complexity.
Customers will be notified of any delays.
7. Device Storage
Devices left over 30 days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees.
After 60 days without customer contact, the device will be considered abandoned.
8. Data & Privacy
We strongly recommend backing up your data before service.
We are not responsible for data loss during repair.
We do not access or copy customer data without permission.
9. Liability Waiver
While we take the utmost care in handling devices, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or complications that may occur due to fragile internal components.
For water-damaged or heavily damaged devices, further issues may arise post-repair.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact information.
Customers are responsible for providing device passcodes if needed for diagnostics.
Customers must inspect and confirm satisfaction upon pickup.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted at the shop and on our website.
